CANCELLATION & NO SHOW policy
We understand that life happens. However, as a small business, cancellations and no-shows can really hurt us.
When scheduling, a credit card is required to hold your appointment. We request 24 hours notice for all cancellations. All cancellations within 24 hours or on the same day of the scheduled appointment will result in a 50% charge. A no-show will result in a 100% charge. As a courtesy you will receive a confirmation text 48 hours before your appointment.
Example: If you have an appointment scheduled Wednesday at 11am, you would need to cancel before 11am on Tuesday.
